We try to keep our inventory online to match as accurately as we can the inventory we currently have in store. Yes, we are a real brick and mortar shoe store. Some items currently listed in inventory may have been sold in store and will require a back order. We apologize for any delay.
On the other hand, we are constantly resupplying in store and some items may not be listed on the website. If you do not see your size or the color or style that you want, please give us a call. We may have it, or can special order it for you.
All merchandise that is currently in inventory will be shipped out in a timely manner, Monday through Friday. Normal shipping times are 3 to 5 days. Out of stock items, or special orders will take longer. Orders during Peak Seasons, especially Holidays, may take longer.
